Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Yami over the phone. She helped me schedule an appointment. She was lovely, kind and made me feel like I was important, even though I am a new patient. Started having lighting and floaters in my right eye. My home ophthalmologist advised me to contact a local retina specialist asap. He had previously done surgery on my other eye for the same problems. After reading reviews I decide to call Florida Retina. I explained my symptoms to Liza. All the doctors there are rockstars. Above and beyond customer service with respect and love for there patients they genuinely care. I appreciate all they did and still doing for me. Thank you very much.
I'm a patient since 2018. And more and more I feel like I'm having a trip to McDonalds. Doctors specific rush you right out of office. Leaving more questions than answerers. No real plan of actions, always monitor and monitor as conditions gets worse. Trying different pills with 0 success. I went out of the country, and service was superb. Too bad I can't afford being treated international. Its embarrassing for a first world country medical institute to be this far behind in treating their patients.
