All i can say excellent work
We had an appointment at 8 am. When we asked a staff member why is the doctor running behind we were told he is on his way. We were there 1.5 hours before he arrived. He (nor his staff) offered an apology or explanation for his tardiness. He wanted to fist bump and apparently he does this with all his patients but it isn’t appropriate for a 96 yr old woman to fist bump. He finally got the hint. We will no it return. In addition, he broke a blood vessel in mom’s eye.
