My son had an MRI scheduled for 8:30 a.m., and we were asked to arrive by 7:00 a.m. We even arrived earlier, since we live quite far from the hospital. From the moment we arrived, the head nurse and the staff were unempathetic and unfriendly, even though they were fully informed that my son has autism. I have spent over 3 hours trying to get a price estimate for radiology procedures....and still on hold. How can a consumer make and educated decision of where to go? Will never recommend for a place to get a test done. I am sure it only takes them about 1 minute to bill a customer after the test is completed.
