Called and spoke to agent and was told to get an order for STAT to schedule an earlier appointment. After going back and forth with my MD and this horrible customer service department of Advent Health. I was told that they have changed their policy today and they do not take STAT/Urgent priority orders as of TODAY 1/29. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES.

Horrible experience, very rude from front desk to the ultrasound and mammogram technician!! I had the results delivered by the ultrasound technician instead of a doctor!!! The technician scared the heck out of me the way she explains the results to me. Over all extremely bad experience. Never seen any doctor!!!
