My pool was delaminating -- patches of the pool lining were flaking off. I contacted Randy from Florida Quality Pools to resurface the pool. Randy provided me with a quote which was reasonable. I checked with another pool company and their quote was 30% higher. I scheduled a date for the resurfacing. Randy and crew started work on that day. My story started off very sad.. my pool was resurfaced by a company.. but didn't do the startup..my pool maintenance people declined to do the startup..I was in ah " pickle" as you can imagine..I searched an tried a few pool companies..and was fortunate enough to get a referral to Florida Quality pools.. thank the universe..when I spoke with Randy..immediately I knew he is the person..he's so knowledgeable, calm, reassuring and accommodating I felt comfortable enough to ask him to start immediately and he accommodated me..an... read more
We went with Randy for our remodel of the pool. Him and his crew were great. Always on time when they said they would be there. They provided white glove service. We highly recommend the company.
Randy resurfaced our pool a few months ago and we have been very happy with it. He also is great at answering questions and stopping by to check on any issues I am having.
Had a great experience with Florida Quality Pools. Randy was great from start to finish and we are very happy with the resurfacing job completed on our pool.
