Andrew was friendly, knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I had a gas leak that has been that way for years. He located the leak. Tightened the screws and fixed it. The guys that were here this morning, I asked about it and did not know where it was coming from. Picture is bubbles at the sight of the gas leak.
Aaron from Florida Public Utilities came last week to fill the propane tank at my parents house and made the whole experience easy and reassuring. He was respectful, very knowledgeable, and you could tell he genuinely takes pride in the company he works for. It’s always a good feeling when someone shows that level of professionalism.
Airan did an excellent job delivering propane to my home. He was very mindful and respectful of my property, especially my freshly laid sod. Even though it meant extra effort on his part to drag the hose a longer distance, he took the time to do it carefully to avoid causing any damage. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. I truly appreciate his professionalism and consideration. Thank you Florida Public Utilities!
