I have to warn everyone thinking about doing business with Florida Public Adjusting company - WATCH what they ask you to sign! The documents that Ivana asks to sign are at odds with her own words! Ivana offered help with insurance for 10% from recovered money. She asked to sign an inspection agreement and confirmed that this service is included in the primary contract with FLAPA company (10%). Ivana was most helpful and caring about my claim. Very professional and understanding.
I used Florida Public Adjusting for two of my personal properties and my family used them for four others. It has been a great experience working with them after hurricane Ian. Ivana was the first person out and she did a great job assessing the damage, explaining the process, and was not pushy about signing up with them.
