I think everyone in Florida needs to go with this company when it comes to filling a claim. They give you the ability to see all the steps they are taking on your behalf. They take people’s calls and call back as well. Awesome company.
I met the Bryan the Public Adjuster in 2015 when my so called insurance company did not think my house sustained enough damage because of my plumbing break (slab leak) to pay for repairs even after we have been paying our premium to them for many years. Based on our experience, it would be impossible for anyone to expect better service from a Florida Public Adjuster than we had from Bryan. His service and persistence, not to mention the results he achieved, far exceeded our expectations.
Florida Public Adjusters communicated very well over the phone and in person. I had wind damage on my roof and some water damage in the interior. They were very respectful and explained things slowly so I could understand them clearly. I never felt in the dark the whole time. I told my father to contact them too. He has some problems with his roof, and on his own the insurance companies try to take advantage. Florida Public Adjusters don't let that happen. Everything went better than I would have imagined!
