Ed, we would like to compliment the excellent work and service we observed as a 26 year condo owner at Countrybrook Condominiums in Palm Harbor. If we could add another star we would to show our appreciation for the courtesy and special attention the workers gave to a basically mundane job. We observed they had circumstances to deal with like owners or renters not moving their vehicles as requested and weather issues including rain and heat. Ed and his crew are doing a fabulous job painting our condominium complex! They have completed 8 out of 14 buildings, to date, power washing and painting the main bodies, trim, and power washing and painting the carports! They use quality paint and do an excellent job masking off the windows and doors. They are our preferred painting contractor and have been using them for several years. I recommend them for your painting needs!

I have had a poor experience with Florida Pro-Tech Painting. There is a total lack of communication towards the residents. Such as not being notified when we could use our carports, go out of our front door, and ect. The foreman was very rude, and gave me a very difficult time when I asked questions. This is a condo, and most of us are 65+, such as myself.

Pro-Tech Painters painted our house. We were really pleased with the crews attention to detail, flexibility and attention to detail. There was also very good on site supervision, when issues would arise - they were quickly handled. Thanks to Ed and his team.
