Joaquin provided terrible customer service. I was a serious customer looking to get service. Called multiple times, didn't answer, and then returned my call to say he got a missed call. I informed him that I'm looking to have their service done on my car. He asked for my VIN and hanged up as soon as it was said & didn't call back. That made me very uncomfortable and untrustworthy of the company. The windshield of one of our cars got damaged while driving and we were concerned it was going to cost us a lot. We called Florida Prime Glass and Joaquin was very polite and walked us through the whole process, and even called our insurance for us! Within a couple of days he came to our home to change out the windshield. It was such a quick and smooth process. I definitely would recommend them for any of your auto glass needs!
