Joaquin provided terrible customer service. I was a serious customer looking to get service. Called multiple times, didn't answer, and then returned my call to say he got a missed call. I informed him that I'm looking to have their service done on my car. He asked for my VIN and hanged up as soon as it was said & didn't call back.
