When my grandma got sick 1500 miles from me and my family, it was incredibly difficult to know where to turn, especially since we wouldn’t be able to be there to support her all the time. The team at Westminster Lakeland has been so patient and kind and we are so grateful for their support and care for her. Though our ultimate goal was to get her closer to us, Westminster was an amazing place for the time being, the staff and residents make it a wonderful community.
Veronica in Social Services goes above and beyond for all families! Wonderful experience working with her and the rest of the staff at Westminster.
Westminster has been truly amazing in transitioning my dad. Always welcome and loving. We could not have gotten through this process without the help of Michelle, she has truly become part of our family village! My dad continues to lean on her for support and friendship!
We moved my father-in-law into this community six months ago and we are so thankful to have found it. Michelle was exceptionally helpful while we were looking for a place and she has also been so sweet in helping him get adjusted. She went above and beyond with move-in process and has consistently answered any questions that have come up in the last few months.
We are just now moving into Westminster Lakeland but are so glad we are. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities plentiful and the people(both staff and residents) are so friendly and helpful. We feel relieved to be moving in.
