If you need any roofing work done, including soffits, fascia, drip edges, anything up there, give Florida Premier Roofing a call. Since we moved in 5 years ago, every hurricane, tropical storm, or even afternoon thunderstorm with any kind of wind gusts would blow out soffits in and we would lose panels. Absolute nightmare experience so far. Started a claim 8 months ago and nothing has happened. Checks have been distributed from my insurance company (I only know that because they emailed me). But there has been absolutely zero communication from anyone. Got me under contract as fast as they could. Bugged me three times a day about it. After the contract I’ve yet to be contacted about anything. If I decide to work with someone else I owe this company $3,000. This has been an absolute waste of 8 months. I had a great experience! Although insurance didn’t payout very fast the end result was good. Roof looks great job was over quickly and I am once again pleased. My sales rep John was the best.
