This company cancelled our reservation at the last minute without telling us. Then they did find us another place to stay but with much fewer amenities. That property was under construction and had a list of problems. They said they were going to compensate us for the difference, but have not. Don't use this company if you want to be assured a worry-free travel experience.
We loved staying at Florida Premier Rentals. The house was great. Great location, huge variety of room types and plenty of dishes/towels etc. We have rented several vacation homes and this one was our favorite. It is a WELL taken care of home.
Perfect location and a family's dream!If you're headed to ****** but want to stay off property, this location was incredible! The swimming pool and hot tub were big hits with my kids, there's plenty of space in the house, the themed rooms are to die for, and the gaming extras were the icing on the cake!
The place we rented had so many issues from the pool to the tvs to the ants. ****** seemed helpful but eventually quit returning calls. I paid $5000 for a c*** home and had 0 of the issues solved over my week stay. I will never use these services again.

Our rental experience with Florida Premier Rentals was positive. The house we rented was perfect for our group of 11. Bedrooms were large - and allowed plenty of privacy. Having 2 separate living room spaces was nice so that the older kids could play video games and watch TV on the second floor - while others hung out on the first floor. We didn’t pay extra to heat the pool - which was a good choice for a June visit! Shuttle service to theme parks was a perk - though it wasn’t always timely. Florida Premiere Rentals was wonderful! We stayed at this home in March 2023 for our Disney Vacatuon. Very close to all parks, furtherest park was about 20-25 mins away with traffic in the morning. Didn’t use any of the amenadies as we only went to Disney so I cannot comment on those but the house itself is just as pictured. They don’t have any celining fans but there are floor/portable fans on a few rooms! Overall great house, would stay again.
the home was great and better than the photos! There was plenty of space for my teenagers and me to spread out. I particularly loved seeing the teenagers play together in the game room. Wonderful bonding time.
The property from Florida Premier Rentals we stayed at was amazing. All our family loved the home including the pool and hot tub. The home was beautiful and all the rooms and bathrooms were big and accommodating. Everything including Disney and other parks were less than 30 minutes away. Our property manager was very responsive with any questions and was quick to reply. When we come back we plan to book this property again.
