Like most companies these days they DON'T let you send them e-mails. Being sick and disabled I only have a safelink cellphone. Very limited minutes every month. So I try not to use. But today on hold and dealing with problems with Medicare and that took 90 minutes of my time!!! Not being able to contact these companies is AWFUL for many people. God forbid you don't treat them like GODS or they punish you!
