FPL NEED TO LEARN HOW TO CHECK THEIR STUFF LIKE METERS THEY NOW MY METER WAS NOT WORKING THEY NEVER CALLED ME OR EMAIL ME ABOUT IT IT'S NOT MY JOB TO CHECK THEIR STUFF FOR THEM IF THE METER IS NOT SENDING ANY INFORMATION TO YOU RIGHT THEN YOU SHOULD SEND A MESSAGE OUT TO THE HOME OWNER TELL THEM HAY WE CAN'T READ YOUR METER OR CALL THEM LET THEM NOW 🤦

Worst customer service system. It's impossible to speak to a real human being. They have messed up my account so badly and there is no way to reach anyone to correct their mistakes. I'm thoroughly disgusted with this company. I wouldn't even give it 1 star except I couldn't post unless I checked one star.
