I would give them less if I could worse company ever. My bill always starts out about $250 a month and slowly somehow creeps up into $500+ a month. They have raised my deposit 3x now I paid original deposit then they said then needed more because It needed to reflect 2 months of bills. So I paid a second one then we moved and they asked for a 3rd increase. My electricity deposit is not $900. They don’t care about nothing rip off company.

They scheduled a 2 hour maintenance window but didn’t cut the power until 45 minutes after the scheduled maintenance window ended. If they can’t do their job in the allocated time, that’s poor performance. And it damages my reputation as an entrepreneur if I can’t keep my meetings with clients because the linemen can’t do their job. I left for lunch an hour into their allotted time, and the linemen were just milling about doing nothing, and when I got back at the end of their maintenance window, they were gone.
