Shout out to FPL for their quick response and hard work. When a tree fell on the overhead cable in the Cypress Isles subdivision off Maytown-Osteen road, they swiftly disconnected the power for safety. Despite our small, rural setting, they impressed us with their diligence. They not only removed the fallen tree but also trimmed all surrounding trees to prevent future issues. Their prompt action and communication were outstanding. Our power was restored quickly and safely. Kudos to a job well done—we truly appreciate you! 🫡

Their service is way too high. We live in a 3/1, 1,000sf home and our electric bill is almost $400/mth. I have to call them every month to request an extension because the bill is always due the 1st or 2nd of the month which I've told them I'll never be able to pay such a high amount first week of any month because I have to pay my rent as well.
