Complete monopoly of electricity throughout Florida. This company covers the entire state of Florida and is able to price gouge customers because they have nobody else who provides electricity services in the state. It’s unfortunate that the citizens of Florida are forced to use this mercenary and self-serving company. Absolutely shameful.
We need to stop the FLP monopoly. I have a NEST thermostat that tells me that the amount of hours my AC has been running on a particular month, but at the time of this review, I had 27 less hours than the previous month, and my FPL bill was higher - and everything else remained the same. FPL couldn't provide me with a practical explanation, even the engineer that I talked to attempted to explain to me my higher bill, but he didn't make sense.
