I have specifically asked the agent not to enroll in the power surge program which is 12 bucks a month. And he enrolled my in it anyways. This is fraud.

How a company like this can exist is outrageous. No way to reach a human being, phone numbers listed on the website don't even ring out. No email address listed for support, a "live chat" option where nobody ever answers. Someone said "Your customer service is worse than Comcast" hard to believe but I think these guys have achieved it.
Wish I could give them a 0 star, 1 star is too kind. Terrible customer service and unethical business practices.
