Terrible customer service! Unable to speak with a representative. When trying to pay a bill online with a new account number it automatically defers to a past closed account resulting in continuous late payment notices. So frustrating!!

Absolutely useless, no customer service, no attempt at even trying to help.
Your web site is down all the time! Make it hard to drop a deceased husband on the account without redoing the whole dang process!! We were both on the FPL account & auto pay equal month payment and now I have to figure out what you want!!
