How a company like this can exist is outrageous. No way to reach a human being, phone numbers listed on the website don't even ring out. No email address listed for support, a "live chat" option where nobody ever answers. Someone said "Your customer service is worse than Comcast" hard to believe but I think these guys have achieved it.
Wish I could give them a 0 star, 1 star is too kind. Terrible customer service and unethical business practices.

Unable to get to talk to a representative!!
What a horrible company! Always pay my bill. Had surgery and after 1 missed payment they shut my power off without notice! Then would not let me make a payment through a credit card, Zelle, Venmo, or any other method! There should be a class action suit!!!
