This is a devastating company, the first call is extremely difficult to get through, the second staff can only handle the simple, basically their minds are stopped. There is no way to communicate, the bill is wrong, and the account opening fee of 299 is continuously charged. This company is crazy and crazy！ And last month, the coldest day, even from 5:30 PM, power outage, until 11:30 PM
Liars! Said they would be at my parents house by 4pm. My mother calls at 430 asking where they are and they told her nothing was wrong. Umm....house power still out! Then they tell her they tried calling. No you didn't! There wasn't a missed call! Obviously with all the bad reviews, they don't care! They get paid one way or the other is all it is.
My bill went from around $100 to $200 this year.
None of their departments are on the same page about handling new hookups. If you are opening an account in an apartment, be careful! If the last tenant has an outstanding balance their "fraud department" will supposedly make a call to the landlord to see if that tenant is still living in in the unit. Here's the catch though! They will call one time and if your property owner doesn't answer they will cut your account off and turn your power off. We have had an account open for 2 weeks.
