Today at 1105 am at Dale Mabry in Tampa one of their FPL trucks cut me off. Went through four lanes without signal and cutting others off. Starts honking, then pulls up on the red light next to me and starts chirping nonsense. What a bunch of disgusting workers and not a great representation of the company.
The worst power company ever. Their crews have broke my fence, left debris in my yard, they never actually fix anything just put a band aid on it for the next guy. Their customer support is useless and everyone of them is supervisor or so the say. Florida needs to step in, and investigate this corrupt company for poor service inept service and fraudulent billing. If you make a payment a day late they will charge you a ridiculous security deposit.
When your next door neighbor gets power back on one day after hurricane Milton and you literally live 30 feet across the street and lose $500 of groceries because you don't have power 3 days later and are told restoration possibly won't be for another 5 more days is truly pathetic I personally think that was unacceptable and gross negligence
Thanks FPL for getting power back on in Harrison Ranch-Normande East! Took 2 days but glad to have things working. Regards to the line guys!
