The FPL toll-free customer service is horrible. When it asks why you are calling and you say anything similar to "I need to talk to a representative" or any variation of that, it says "That option is not available." Then it forces you to sit through descriptions of 6 options, before you can choose the 6th option of "something else." Then it make you sit through 5 more options before you can choose the last option of "something else." Then it says it will give you the next available agent. TECO has much better customer service. I've been trying for a half hour to do a simple start service at a home. Still wont process the request.
These people suck! TECO is way better
Your bill will be extremely high and you can’t talk to anyone about it automated person that gives very little options other than paying the bill it’s sad that we pay so much money every month and can’t even speak with an actual person in regards to your billing statement
