Will absolutely shut down your dementia grandparents for nonpayment over 100 dollars. They will 100 percent do this. Its grotesque.
More outages than I have ever experienced anywhere in the United States. Wish I could give 1/2 a star rating. Very poor service period. Hence the 3.2 star rating.
The FPL toll-free customer service is horrible. When it asks why you are calling and you say anything similar to "I need to talk to a representative" or any variation of that, it says "That option is not available." Then it forces you to sit through descriptions of 6 options, before you can choose the 6th option of "something else." Then it make you sit through 5 more options before you can choose the last option of "something else." Then it says it will give you the next available agent.
