Came home one day to my apartment and my light were off called and was told, I close my account??? Like what ! I was like I never called to do that and the customer rep was like I'm sorry, I need to speak with a Supervisor and was asking how could this happen? Someone did this and I couldn't do anything about it. I know who did it and God don't like nasty - Those who do wrong to God's child will weap what they sow

Really poor overall service.
Past 2 months A/C had been off but yet my bill continues to rise like crazy!! Calling them useless!!. Automated phone system is worse. Crazy to think a company like this gets away with shit like that.
