Amazing customer service! Claudio is very fast to reply and always happy to help. Florida Pool and Patio makes pool issues easy and quick to resolve.
I had some pool equipment that needed replacement and had called various companies , but ended up choosing Florida Pool patio. I was not disappointed at all. I really appreciated how they kept me informed every step of the way and the work was very well done. At the end of the service they even took pictures of the completed work and texted me the information. I would use this company for any further work I needed on my pool without any hesitation. Finally a company in Miami that provides great service from start to finish!!
I would not recommend this business. Very rude customer service. They make promises and do not deliver. Very disappointed with this company. Avoid them like the plague.
Best experience with a contractor and pool builder in Florida, from the first meeting walk through to the first day of excavation, everything went smoothly and on time!
