He provided me honest and actionable feedback regarding how to most effectively and economically fix some pool surface issues we were experiencing. Can’t ask for better service
This is the worse pool company you can hire. I pay to have my pool serviced every week, and my pool constantly have algae and I do not get any notification of the problem until I notice it myself . I recently verbalize that I have an issue with my pool pump and a week pass by and no one calls me. I called back to find out and they said they emailed it to me without letting me know. After a lot of research, a friend referred me to Florida Pools to build my pool. It was completed on budget and within the time frame I was promised. Roger, the owner, is an outstanding guy. Responsive and knowledgeable, he steered me towards the right decisions, specially when it comes to finishes available, glass tiles and fiber optic lights! Give him a call. You will be glad you did.
