We lived with Florida pines realty for just over two years. We moved out of state, however I wish Florida pines had properties where we live now, Steven was our landlord and anytime we had any maintenance concerns or questions with our rental, he made sure to get right on it. We lived in two of his properties and both were well maintained and great to live in. If you are looking for a reason to work with them, use this review as your reason.
Florida Pines managed my rental property and then sold my house for me all while I was living out of the State. I had an absolutely wonderful experience, while they managed and then selling my house from out of state and Florida Pines made the experience as painless as possible. Would definitely suggest using them for managing, buying or selling a house.
