Claim was resolved in a timely manner and the settlement was fair.
Extremely frustrating experience. I contacted the company BEFORE my homeowners insurance renewal date and clearly told them that I did not want the policy renewed. I did this twice — once by email, so there is a written record, and once by phone. Despite that, they renewed the policy anyway. Now, instead of simply correcting the issue, they are telling me that I need to submit a newly signed cancellation request.
