Mr. Hidalgo is very personable and so professional. He knows his business and treats the client with compassion and respect. He answers our request in a very timely manner. We are so fortunate to have him as our adjuster.
HORRIBLE customer service. Stay far away from this company. They do not respond to you when you try to send in proof of damage in an open claim. It’s been 10 days since I sent in photo documentation in an email and no one has responded except for me to get an email today saying my claim was closed. I even called last week to check up on my email and someone said they would be in touch, but no one has. Also got denied coverage for a covered screened patio structure that was demolished. Florida has the worst insurance companies in the world. These insurance companies insure you for 15 days then find any reason to issue a cancellation. It does not matter if they quote you 9k a year and if you have never had a claim and have a brand new roof. Florida insurance companies are in the business of scamming and overcharging consumers
