I was a vendor at a Holiday Event at UTC put on by Florida Penguin Productions. As a business owner, we frequent marketing events throughout Florida. This was by far the worst experience I have had. While the event was decently organized, there was no marketing efforts put in- there were more vendors than attendees there. When I reached out to the production team to give feedback on my dissatisfaction, I was met with an "apology" but a complete lack of accountability. Florida Penguin Productions always puts on such great family friendly events. I have worked with them as a vendor, and attended events as a guest. Everything they do is top notch and organized. Would work with them again!
