HORRIBLE experience with Dr Ian Musgrave at TGH cardiac floor with my brother. Would give negative starts if could. Never wrote notes on My Chart so called multiple times left messages with his answering service and finally rtrnd call 4 days later. Very arrogant , condescending and could/would not answer any of our questions. Thankfully our request to switch physicians was honored and received night and day care from 2 other physicians in his group! Truly a 180 difference! So appreciative!
