Contracted with FPS to clean and seal my lanai. Per their website they were to steam clean and use rotary surface cleaners. That did not happen. They used high pressure hoses that created a mess. My pool was full of sand and dirt and actually clogged and shut down my pool euipment. The were to put down Weed growth inhibitors and I dont believe they did that either.
