I arrived at 1:45(for a 2:15 appt) for a 3 min CT scan. I sat for 2 hrs and watched 8 people get called to the back(six which arrived after me). I realize that different procedures are going on in the back, and I'm not one to raise a ruckus, but damn. When I heard them call the little lady that JUST arrived(for a CT scan) I had to finally speak up. They simply forgot about me, while sitting within eyeshot of the check in counter. I finally left at 4pm.

My wife has been a patient there for over 4 years with multiple procedures and not great results - and yes I know "each patient is different". As if that's not enough, they've been experiencing "growing pains" the past 2 years - constantly having new inefficient, often rude, desk staff and telephone "support". Last minute appointment cancellations (as in when you show up for a scheduled appointment they have no record) - which often means over a month delay to reschedule. I had an outstanding experience at this surgical center. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, kind, and compassionate. My nurse, Hannah, was exceptional—she walked me through every step, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable. My best friend just had surgery for a torn ACL, this place is more like a butcher shop than a “hospital,” they kicked her out 10 minutes after the surgery was over, didn’t bother to see if she could eat or drink after being under anesthesia, no discussion of post op instructions. NEVER GO HERE!
