Dr Small has done neck and lower back surgery for me, and now, some years later, he has done the rest of my neck. I put it off for as long as I could stand it, and in March, he finally did the surgery. My pain is no longer an issue, as I have no pain! Now I am getting used to the new way I have to do things. A small price to pay for no pain! His staff is wonderful! I highly recommend FOI if you need spinal surgery.
