Dr Chin and Staff are the Best..Whatever I need for my Daughter they are there !! Thanks, Dr. Chin !!
I went to this location on 11/13 to get my son evaluated and they told me the turn around time was about a month to hear back from the insurance to see if they would approve my sons braces. Tell me how I called today to get a status and Karen tells me THEY NEVER SENT OUT THE CLAIM TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY, so not only did you waste my time your not even doing your job . I told her not to bother sending anything out I will be finding another location. Horrible Horrible Unacceptable.
It took so long and they are so slow they leave there patient waiting for 15mins to a hour before they work on them again it’s so annoying
