The front desk staff were very friendly, and I especially appreciate the time and work that Shirley did to obtain insurance reimbursement, and to explain in detail what the remaining charges would be. Dr Michael London and his team did excellent work in the actual extraction, including adjustment of the anesthetic dose to ensure I was completely pain-free. The Doctor and staff are wonderful, caring and very professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure and the procedure itself went much better than expected. After being to other oral surgeons, this was the best experience by far.
