Dr. Thayer is amazing! He is kind, warm, humble and a master of his craft. As a former dental professional I cannot say enough about the care I received from Dr. Thayer and his wonderful staff! I have my wife as well as myself as a patients of Florida Oral & Facial surgeons..Being a physician having practiced for over five decades, I see good when I see it! Dr Song treated me for a molar extraction. Tooth's crown came off with tooth . It is a difficult extraction I thought. He made it easy ! I admire his skills, bedside manners! He even called me to see how I was doing. I wish all doctors are as good and as humble. They have a great set up. It is very easy to communicate with them!
I went for a tooth extraction. Kerry and Dr Pinker were a great duo! Kerry made me feel very comfortable and supported, she answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. Dr Pinker was very kind and personable. I had local anesthesia, so he kept checking in on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was okay. He also kept me in the loop by explaining what he was doing and how much longer it would take. He and his team were very thorough. Tried to get an appointment and they were closed 30 minutes early for no reason on a Monday. If they are going to run a business they need to stay open till office hours are over. I will be telling everyone I know never to come here.
