Terribly rude Eye technician. Marjorie something like that she was a very horrible person and even worse at her job. She proceeded to tell me how much work she'd have to do. I have had 3 prosthetic eyes in my life and all ocularist generally follow the same pattern for creating one. Nope not her. Well they also said they took my insurance and a day after I went to the appointment they call and tell me now they don't and it will be $3000. Talk about bait and switch. Awful wait times. Two doctors in the entire building seeing 100 patients a day. It’s more like one doctor since Dr Cartwright sees every patient with the other doctor who seems like a lap dog on a leash since he just follows Cartwright like a robot. Nothing gets done here in a timely matter. It’s an absolute mess. After all I went through they recommended us to a retina specialist since they can’t do that. Beware of this place, they do a bad job, they will make you sign a document with the top hidden and they will tell you it's to show that you were there. They keep the room dark. Donot sign anything. They will overbill your insurance for service you didn't receive. They will not fix the occular shell if it doesn't fit. Judy supposedly their office manager is a nasty person she doesn't know how to talk to people. I will report them for fraud. But don't be their victim. They are seasoned at doing this kind of things
