Matt and his team at Florida O&P are simply the best. They have become like family to us ever since he made the first prosthesis for our daughter 15 years ago. They are very corteous and go out of their way to make her confortable. Honorable mention to Finn, the resident dog!
When it comes to my Aka amputation of my left leg, all of my questions have always been answered by MATT and Bill. Every step of the making of my prosthetic leg happens under one roof. Nothing gets sent out to another facility to design my leg. everything is done in one place therefore I am able to speak with Every person who constructs my leg. Every step of the way. Having been a bi-lateral below knee amputee for over 40 years , I have never received the level of service that Florida O&P has provided. The entire staff has the Can Do attitude and it is evident by the finished product.
Since God helped Me to come to Florida O&P Services,1/24 my whole out look on being an (R)AKA has Changed! Loosing My leg under bad circumstances STILL isn’t easy to deal with! However Matt , Bill , Jerry, Ron and the professional caring front office Ladies have HELPED TREMENDOUSLY!!
