They advertise fast service, but that is untrue. I sent my application in at the end of January. It took 6 days to mail it from Longwood to Lake Mary, but that's not their fault I understand. They sent it to the state rather fast. The state approval was the quickest part. It was approved after 3 days. Where it went wrong was after that. They received my certificate and emailed it to me. What they did not do was order my stamp. A service I must point out, that is included in their package. I waited for almost 2 weeks and noth... read more
