Professionalism, and kindness
Managed to get hold of them once via email, and once via phone. They were supposed to follow up a day after the phone conversation - radio silence. Since then, I sent multiple emails to multiple addresses, called 20+ times, all over the span of 3 weeks, to no avail. Useless, disrespectful, total waste of time. Avoid at all costs. While they are good at what they do, they are absolutely the worst at answering or returning their calls. I have left numerous messages for a return call back and I am still waiting, more than a week ago. I had to drive to their office just to make a n over the phone appointment. The appointment time has come and gone, no call. I have called them over 8 separate times choosing different options with not a single answer. Dr. Kim is AMAZING!!!! I have been going to neurologists for years and he and his staff have been the only ones to actually help me. I cannot recommend his services enough. Definitely worth going to, where you truly feel they want to help you.
