I've been seeing Dr. Kim for close to 20 years and now travel from Lake County because I trust him with my health. Dr. Kim deserves 5 stars. The only reason I gave Florida Neurological Center 4 stars was because I was not impressed with their new Nurse Practitioner, Kristina. After a discussion about my medication she ordered the wrong medication twice. I asked her to discuss this with Dr. Kim and he got it right.
Dr. Kim is very good, but the office people are terrible. I've been calling and calling and leaving messages. No one ever answers their phone for a couple months now. And I'm getting really upset that no one in the office ever is available to answer the phone, no matter what extension I click, all I get is leave a voicemail. Which I have numerous times, and no one gets back to me. If you need to go there urgently, or to make appointment Forget it cause they hardly ever answer the phone or return phone calls!!
I came with my 90 year old mother. After I helped her inside and parked i went back inside. She wanted me to go with her to at least be close for her procedure. The male receptionist was a real jeek. Told me to, "Just sit there." No explanation. Just pointed. I tried to explain the situation and his response was, "They will handle it. Just sit." Once again pointing to the reception area. Terrible first time experience appointment was for 10:15, waited in the waiting room for over an hour to be called into another room to wait longer and then not be taken in at 12:10. Asked for refund for my copay and now waiting 10 min with attitude from 2 ladies at front desk. Not a care in the world about peoples time at all. Don’t recommend at all!!!!
They seem to care about the money aspect. If you cant afford the care.. they dont care
