Good luck getting ahold of anyone over the phone. I have been trying to get my sons results from his exams. I have tried calling multiple times and left multiple voice mails. I have gotten no return calls and nobody answers the phone regardless of the option you choose. This has clearly been an ongoing issue with this office based on the reviews left by others. First visit was ok, although lengthy it seemed like they were actually concerned about me. Testing staff was great and friendly. However my most recent visit I showed 1 hour early aware that they take quite a long time. Was not seen until almost 45 mins after my appointment for testing. After testing I was placed in a room to wait for the doctor to consult and finish testing. I sat in the room for about an hour before going to look for someone because I needed to leave and pick up my kids from school. The office was barren, ... read more
