I needed a neurologist, so my PCP referred me to Florida Neurological Center. Upon calling to schedule my new patient appointment, I was received by an abysmal customer service receptionist. She said that no referral was received. I told her the day my doctor told me it was faxed over. I asked if she could please double check and from there her tone grew more and more egregious like I was interrupting something extremely important. Dr. Lance Kim is the best neurologist in Ocala. Hands down.
Dr.Kim has really helped me. Anyone needing help is in very good hands with Dr.Kim and Florida Neurological Center. He is my Neurologist for migraines, my sleep doctor for sleep apnea and he has helped me with a nerve block for back pain.Very professional help.
