Dr Kim has been my Dr for over 20 years now. I started having sudden onset seizures back in 2004. At first Dr's could not figure out why I was having the seizures, and I was allergic to dilantin. We found Dr Kim and over these 20 years has basically been able to get me seizure free. I trust him with all my heart and soul. He is a great and caring person.
Managed to get hold of them once via email, and once via phone. They were supposed to follow up a day after the phone conversation - radio silence. Since then, I sent multiple emails to multiple addresses, called 20+ times, all over the span of 3 weeks, to no avail. Useless, disrespectful, total waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

Dr. Lance Kim is unmatched in his talent and skill as a neurologist. He has multiple degrees in many advanced and intrinsic fields of medicine and phycology. Great doctor but the staff never answer the phone extremely unprofessional, you think you pay someone that much money they could answer a phone? And here we are still not answering phone calls. It’s literally that simple just hire more people. they ask you to email instead, but it’s actually Teacher just answer the phone wouldn’t it make more sense just to hire somebody that specifically sat there and answered the phone
