I would not recommend this practice based on my experience. Like many others, I was encouraged by the numerous five-star reviews. However, after my appointment, I found that the one-star reviews more accurately reflected my experience. I found Lance Kim to be cold, dismissive, and difficult to communicate with. Great doctor and staff they are so amazing and they truly care I’m very thankful for this place
I've been calling trying to follow up on a referral from a doctor for my wife but they do not answer the phone nor call back. This is very frustrating since my wife needs a procedure done since she cannot not walk.
I've been seeing Dr. Kim for close to 20 years and now travel from Lake County because I trust him with my health. Dr. Kim deserves 5 stars. The only reason I gave Florida Neurological Center 4 stars was because I was not impressed with their new Nurse Practitioner, Kristina. After a discussion about my medication she ordered the wrong medication twice. I asked her to discuss this with Dr. Kim and he got it right.
