Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. This course was scheduled in advance and my family and I arranged work schedules and time off based on those dates. It was canceled only days before it was set to begin, with the only alternative being a reschedule nearly three months later. I was also told a minimum number of students was required. Highly unprofessional experience. This course was scheduled in advance and students were expected to organize their lives around the published dates. My wife, my cousin, and I all arranged time off from work specifically to attend, based on those dates. Only days before the class, the course was canceled. Extremely disappointed with this course provider. My family and I enrolled in a 20-hour licensing course and planned our schedules around the dates that were provided. Time off from work was requested and approved, personal commitments were rearranged, and our licensing timeline was built around the expectation that the course would take place as scheduled.
