Giles is the consummate professional and he did an amazing and thorough job for us in our recent home purchase in Orlando. But he also took customer service to a higher level by answering our questions and helping us follow up on loose ends, even when beyond the typical role of a mortgage broker. I would recommend Giles to anyone purchasing a home in Florida! He showed up for us where our realtor was lacking. She had given up on the sale and Giles pushed through, working all night to complete the requirements for our loan, even though it was not his job to do so, and made it happen, and on time! Giles is very knowledgeable and detailed, so he is able to move through the difficult mortgage process very smoothly and quickly. We closed on a home purchase loan in just over three weeks from application to closing. Very good service.
