Kara was wonderful to work with throughout the entire loan process. She was always available to answer questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure everything moved forward smoothly. Her communication was excellent, and I appreciated how proactive she was whenever an issue came up. Buying a home can be stressful, but Kara made the process much easier with her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. I truly appreciate all of her hard work and would highly recommend her.
Brian and Tamara of Florida Funding, along with the whole team were amazing. We bought our first home and needed to be hand walked through the whole process. When our finances changed and we qualified for a better loan, Brian and Tamara jumped on it and did about two days of work all over again for us.
