Contracted through Family Home Center of Homosassa as the dealer required of me. They assured me no water could go under the home. There is a pool sitting under my home each rain. It flows right under it. There is crown in the middle but the water sits under my home still. They also assured me the bulldozer would be sufficient to pack the pad which is currently washing out with each rain. I was told to plant grass. This company delivered a manufactured home to spring run. No recon obviously. We are a small private community. These guys destroyed personal property, cut tree limbs and threw the debris onto other properties, knocked down our street sign, drove over private property digging up lawns ...did not bother asking permission... Horrible... They have no idea what they are doing...
