ACTION is what happens when Shellee accepts you as a client; she hits the ground running. She has her list of potential clients and she starts calling and scheduling buyers in to see your home. She also sends weekly updates about your listing, number of viewings, calls, appointments, what customers like and even what they dislike, so you can fix it.
