Avoid this place if you can! My father in law passed away in March of this year and a few days afterwards we picked out a stone for him. Four months later, my wife and entire family stopped by to see what the status was for the stone. When we arrived, my wife spoke to Bob that we were going to wait for him. He tells my wife, "I'll be with you shortly". So the entire family waited patiently, for over an hour. One of the staff members referred to another person on duty instead. We wanted to work with Bob because he was the one... read more

Florida Memorial Gardens is a bad place – My wife and I bought a plot at FMG in 1999. My wife died of cancer in 2012. Three days before she was to be interred, I was informed that the plot was double sold and that someone else was interred in the plot. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE CRIMINALLY INCOMPETENT. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.

On Thanksgiving Day 2011, when her grands visited from PA we visited and found our personal property missing. FMG removed our personal property without notice causi... read more

Terrible Experience – My mother died in the middle of April and was buried at Florida Memorial Gardens. It is now the end of August and still she has no plaque, just a little sticker with her name. I have contacted these people numerous times by phone and email and we just get the runaround. They say things like "We understand" but clearly they don't understand at all. These plaques are quite expensive, and we paid in full the day we met with them. No one seems to know where her plaque is. Very upsetting experience.
