Great same day service. Polite prompt pickup and drop off very affordable and reliable thank you for transporting my mother safely
The manager for this company, Mr. Nando, is very argumentative. He talks over you and doesn’t respect agreements. The drivers are EXCELLENT, specially Miss Leslie, the Cadillac Driver, she is PROFESSIONAL, CARING, RESPONSIBLE, A GREAT LISTENER, a GREAT ASSET for the company. I gave them 3 stars because of Mr. Nando lack of customer service, but he really deserves 1 star. To resume, drivers are GREAT, SPECIALLY the Cadillac Driver, Miss Leslie but management needs a different direction.
I have not personally used this company for transportation but I must say I had the privilege of meeting one of their drivers. I have seen her transport an elderly neighbor and it was such a delight to see how compassionate and delicate she was with her. It is very refreshing to see young people bring joy to older folks.
