My 92 year old mom went to get what she thought was a $700 hearing aid as advertised in the local paper. What she ended up with was $ 4500 worth of aids she could not use, or pay for. The staff had filled in her check for the amount due $4500. My mom is not only hard of hearing, but has little to no eyesight and mild dementia .
