Todd, the vascular sonographer, is awesome!
Have gone to the Radiology department here many times. They are simply the best we will go here even with closer ones near us.
My mother recently went to them for her allergies …. She was prescribed 1 medication in less then 3 days she took them they didn’t let her sleep, eat or anything she had a bad reaction to them hallucination no appetite … She then calling the doctor for 4 days and still has not got one call back .. when she calls them a representative picks up she was very rude didn’t even let my mother finish anything she had to say …
Whoever is answering the phone is uneducated and unprofessional, embarrassing.
Called this morning 10/23 trying to make an appointment for a CT Scan and an X-ray ordered from my neurosurgeon and Sue said I would have to physically come in with my orders just to make an appointment because it was an outside order and I’ve never been there. Currently I can’t even drive and my spouse drives me to all appointments. Only reason I called here is because Akumin services are down. I would not recommend this place to anyone considering they want an immobilized person to come in just to schedule an appointment.
