It's funny how I was about to write about the front desk receptionist and someone else beat me to it! I don't know her name, but I hope she stays here, she is sweet, kind, patient, and understanding. It's always nerve wracking going in MRIs, but her presence puts me at ease
Ragan at the front desk was super friendly and always in good spirit! There needs to be more people like her in medical offices!!

I went to Florida Medical clinic on 14320 Bruce B downs. I never got to see the actual doctor I made an appt with. I had billing questions about my recommended care. When I went to Florida Medical Clinic I asked the lady who I was told worked in the "billing department" Daniella if wearing a heart monitor would cost out of pocket or be a part of the office visit. I was told that in the last 3 years she has never receive a single call about a bill and that there should be no bill. After I called them and told them I received ... read more
