Can you please provide me with the cost of the visit? It’s amusing that they advise me to contact my insurance company, as they explicitly state that they don’t interact with them. I would have assumed that this is an essential part of their job description. Since the transition to Orlando Health, their attitude has become indifferent. I have already switched a few of my other doctors to them, and it appears that I need to do the same with this one. On the positive side, my dermatologist’s office remains satisfactory.
I received a call from the practice informing me that my practitioner left the practice just prior to my upcoming 11/13/2025 appointment. They asked me to call them so they could schedule me with a new doctor. I called multiple times on multiple days at different times of the day. After being on hold each time for over 20 minutes, I have yet to make contact. I will be canceling my appointment and finding another practice. Upset former patient. 🤬
Very pleased with the professional care at Fl Med Urology. Doctors, nurses, and support staff helpful and compassionate!
