They have the worst people answering the phones. I have an appointment that I’m running a few minutes late for and when I called the office I was told I would have to reschedule. Unfortunately I’m coming time to get a medication that is needed. I called back asking if the dr does virtual and then was told I was the last appointment and I should be on time then hung up on. Not that it matters in this world but no customer service. This whole process has been a nightmare.
These people do not care or show any sympathy for female patients. I’m trying to find a new urologist! They have way too many patients and trying to contact them or make an appointment is nearly impossible or takes weeks to be seen .You leave messages and they don’t call back. Other FMC are not like that! Only urology Watergrass!

Nurse Boris is incredibly insensitive and does not have the patience or capacity to relay patient care to those who are seeking aid. Find another urologist..
