Very good staff starting with check in, nurses, Doctor Daniel and The check out staff. The friendly culture is amazing and well deserved My gratitude. Highly professional staff. They know how to take care of patients with special needs.
Good luck getting anyone on the phone or to correctly order your labs or fill your prescriptions in a timely manner. I’ve on multiple occasions had trouble with this office as they are impossible to get on the phone. Wasted hours upon hours sitting on hold to alert them to their errors or ask why they can’t fill a simple prescription. I would steer clear if you expect this office to actually manage your care…. They have the worst people answering the phones. I have an appointment that I’m running a few minutes late for and when I called the office I was told I would have to reschedule. Unfortunately I’m coming time to get a medication that is needed. I called back asking if the dr does virtual and then was told I was the last appointment and I should be on time then hung up on. Not that it matters in this world but no customer service. This whole process has been a nightmare.
These people do not care or show any sympathy for female patients. I’m trying to find a new urologist! They have way too many patients and trying to contact them or make an appointment is nearly impossible or takes weeks to be seen .You leave messages and they don’t call back. Other FMC are not like that! Only urology Watergrass!
