Awful services. I was told I could go to the location at 12:40 and was turned away because the employee told me incorrect information. This company took no accountability for their employees mistake. They turned me away and said the doctor was busy. My time that requested of work, my drive there and what I was told was completely dismissed and I was turned away. My ear has been hurting and I been waiting for a week to be seen just to be provided wrong information and no accountability. Never will be going to this awful place... read more

I visited this office for a sinus infection and 2 weeks later again for a follow up which I was told I needed. I was seen both times by Heather Schryver. During both visits, the assistant that spoke to me prior to seeing the doctor, handed me a consent form. When I asked what it was for she told me it was to consent to numb my nasal passages so the doctor could look up my nose. Well, it is an ENT office, so without a thought, I signed the consent. Called to cancel appt and re-schedule because I was sick with 2 day migraine and vertigo. Could not drive. Called as soon as office opened at 8. Was told I would have to pay a “no show” fee, even though I was clearly not a “no show” and my appointment time was still nearly 2 hours later at 10. I was so upset at this uncaring, money hungry approach that I cancelled my upcoming appt and will see a doc that is a little more reasonable. Beware. This is not an ear, nose, and throat doctor. It’s just a nose and throat doctor. Receptionist said he does not see patients for their ears. Called and made an appointment last week. Over the weekend I got a text to confirm my appointment with a nurse practitioner. I call first thing Monday to schedule with a doctor there. She said their doctors do not see people for their ear issues. What a joke of a doctor. Wasted my time and now I have to try to find an appointment this week.
