DO NOT USE THIS LAB ON BRUCE B DOWNS Florida medical!! This is what happened to my arm on Tuesday September 23 2025. When I went in I told them I need someone who is experienced and when I sat down the girl who was looking for a vein kept searching. I showed her where the best vein was-and she refused to listen. She stuck me and blew out my vein. The vein was swollen and hurt like hell.

Always busy. The current receptionist (blonde hair) is very pleasant and accommodating even if she is overwhelmed at times. Also, Davesky and Christina (phlebotomists that draw blood) are phenomenal. They're friendly and do their job well. As a person that is extremely afraid of needles (not an exaggeration), they make the process easy (can barely feel the needle) and they're friendly.
I’ve emailed patient care. If you cannot accommodate walk-ins DO NOT OFFER IT.
